I'm most of the way through the process of going a portfolio of about 40% equities instead of 25%. I'm at about 35% right now. Once I reach 40%, that's when the crash will occur.

It would be great to have a stickied thread with a list of predictions for what various assets will do in the near future, so we can check back and see how many of them were correct. This would make a great addition.

I predict the success rate will be substantially less than 50%.

Since the stock market goes up more than it goes down, just constantly predicting "up" will win more than 50% of the time.

But who would buy the newsletter then?
