Anyone care to predict the future?

OK, Folks!

After 2 days of upbeat DJIA, what will happen with stocks AND real estate in the next 12 months? Anyone care to make a conjecture on 24 months out?

Maybe I sold Manhattan in bad ol' New York City too soon.

It's never dull.

Thanks.

Stocks and Manhattan real estate could go either way. No one really knows. But selling this year after a good run up in prices and lending rates this low, you at least sold at a good time. No need to 2nd guess yourself.

I think it depends on how you measure it and how far back you want to go.

Government fiscal year for first two years after a new President is poor/bearish.

But the calendar year after a new President is bullish for small caps, especially growth.

OTOH, gains under Republican adminstrations are lower than under Democrat. There tends to be more recessions under a Republican.

Right now T-Bonds are tanking hard so that suggests that the market expects growth to finally pick up.

Thanks.

Good, so far. The forum is a great place for insight.

Eh, PP doesn't have returns like that. Ever.
