Who sez our wonderful politicians can't wiggle themselves out of our soon-to-be bankruptcy crisis? Role models for our Washington D.C. deep thinkers live in places like Greece, Illinois and Puerto Rico.
The latter pols (in PR) have just come up with a new and brilliant solution: they have declared the towering debts that they themselves have contracted to be "unconstitutional."
