529 ABLE Accounts

The first 529 ABLE plan from Ohio is open and here are the investment choices:
Vanguard LifeStrategy Growth Fund
Vanguard LifeStrategy Moderate Growth Fund
Vanguard LifeStrategy Conservative Growth Fund
Vanguard LifeStrategy Income Fund
BankSafe Option
Not very PP friendly, but you could almost swing it with the Growth, Income and BankSafe. They also allow "self-certification" as to disability, so I see potential for abuse here.
