Seems brilliant to me... Can redeem at 95% NAV, so hopefully tax inefficiency will be balanced by the fund buying back shares at a discount

It would have been nice if I had waited until now to sell a small piece rather than doing it last week after I got laid off and decided I needed more liquidity.
