This pretty much sums up his take on the PP:

"...All that said, I am surprised at how well the strategy works.  Too easy, and easy strategies rarely work."

Surprised to see this...usually the more complex the strategy, the higher the chance it's curve fit to a particular set of data that won't repeat in the future. Simplicity usually correlates with robustness.
