But ironically they turn a blind eye for the NSA spying on virtually everyone else on the planet.

I wish they would spy on me and maybe learn something valuable.

The only reason to spy on congress is to blackmail, or expose blackmail.

I wonder whether they were spying on Supreme Court Justice Roberts before he cast the  surprising, perplexing deciding vote on Obamacare.

I will say that one actually surprised me because the justification was so absurd.

No, I don't think it's a good thing, although there needs to be A LOT more transparency built into our government, although that's not the way to do it. 

I just think it's hilarious how outraged these people get when they're spied on, but they obviously cheer lead or at least turn a blind eye for the NSA to spy on every other American.

Angela Merkel was ok with a certain amount of covert surveillance until it happened on her own phone.  :)
