I sometimes wonder if Kudlow knows anything about what the PP is about, because he always asks Cuggino the same questions and Cuggino always gives the same answers.

He very well may not know anything about it, but then again, it may be nothing more than a well-choreographed dance routine that they bring out from time to time.  After all, it is entertainment.
