Friends,

I like Israel Bonds, because the yield is just slightly higher than the Fed. Assuming that I don't need the funds for the duration of the bonds, are Israel Bonds an acceptable place to store PP cash? Thanks,

Do you live in Israel?

If not, then no.

Holding bonds or cash in the currency of a country that is not your own, exposes you to all of the risks of the currency markets. Cash is for safety, not yield.

I think that Cypriot bonds might have an even higher yield. ;)
