I don't know if anybody else is following this case but I find it fascinating and it's probably going to get more interesting before it's over. Personally, I believe Amanda Knox and Rafaelle Solicito are innocent and should never have even been charged with the crime based mostly on the information available on this website and that of the retired FBI officer Steve Moore...

Reminds me of shows I watch on the ID channel where the prosecution adopts a popular narrative for a crime and then won't let go of it no matter what.
If I was Ms. Knox I'd be searching out countries with no extradition treaties with Italy to visit in the upcoming months. As for Mr. Solicito, things are a lot more complicated since they have confiscated his passport.

I'm not sure I'd go so far as to say she is innocent. She has a definite aura of shadiness about her that gives me the creeps. In this case, however, there certainly seems to be nowhere near the necessary evidence to convict. At least, not in the U.S. In Italy you get to try the defendant with new theories on the crime and new juries until you get your conviction. If it gets overturned, you just keep trying. What a wretched and corrupt legal system. And I thought ours was bad.

Of course she does. That's the prosecutor's case in a nutshell. She has an "aura of shadiness" so she must be a murderer.

And according to the first Italian prosecutor, he knew it from the moment he laid eyes on her. Whether it helped his case or not, he didn't even need any evidence.

But his worst crime is that he interrupted Frito's watching of "Ow My Balls!".
