Not really my favorite subject (especially in the middle of the Dormition Fast), but I know diet is a hot button topic for many on here. So I saw this and thought I'd post it.

Aw man, I was enjoying the Omission gluten free IPA here on my desk. I was literally sipping it while reading the article you posted!
On the bright side, I think I'll have a pizza tomorrow. I do miss pizza.

(I wouldn't abandon the pp so easily from one naysaying article, but any excuse will serve a pizza lover).

This book, The Fun of Getting Thin, a free kindle book written in 1912 is the last diet book you will ever need to read. There is nothing new under the sun:

Anything from 1912 has my approval. It was a good year. After indoor plumbing and before the income tax.

God how I hate the modern world.
