Is it good?

It's pretty good. Harry's style is always compelling, but it's a bit dated and some of the arguments stretch the bounds of plausibility IMHO. Probably a good read for a journeyman libertarian, but by no means the last thing you'd want to read on the topic.

I like to think of myself as a journeyman libertarian, so I bid $3.00.
