I just realized that once gold reaches $10,000 an ounce, it will be much more difficult to obtain it anonymously (with cash) due to the reporting requirements.

you would think with what’s going on gold would be soaring . even tips are getting hit

but it’s the dollar getting the attention.

it’s almost like this should be golds golden moment to shine with the war , inflation and oil shock … even treasuries are getting hit and you would think we would see them as a safe haven as well as with the worlds view on us right now for what we caused the dollar should be tanking .

but nope

Browne warned explicitly that temporary dollar rallies are engineered by central banks and should not be mistaken for a trend reversal — and that when the dollar rises it does so orderly, while drops come in panics.
