I think it's Greek or Cyrillic.

Ha, I suppose most of those characters do exist in Cyrillic -- I took Russian once upon a time -- but I kept thinking about that m followed by an h. I finally plugged it into google translate: "naomh" = saint in Irish.

I still can't figure out that final squiggle at the bottom.
