FYI: website with extensive research info on supplements and nutrition

I don't know anything significant about the people who put this together (brief info on site) but for each supp this site lists:
a. the research so you can review it yourself
b. there is a lot of good info for each supp e.g. claims and they rate each one according to evidence and
c. I picked 5 supps for which I have a good amount of info and read what they said and I found each a good summary of what is known and fairly conservative.
This will obviously not solve the meat based vs plant based debates, but it is very useful e.g. if someone says "CLA is wonderful" you can check it out and decide if you should take it (you shouldn't).
