Who are you referring to for "do you have any place to speak in realtime"?

I don't believe there is any real time speaking on here, we just have private messaging. I don't know if that is something the admins would want to put in at any point. Otherwise, a lot of people on here probably have facebooks, meebo, AIM, etc. just perhaps don't want to put it in a public forum.
