Best is to eat lots of different colored veggies and fruits.
It is not going to hurt her, however there are many products of this type, and I suspect a number better than this one (even just considering the ingredients they have chosen).
This one (alas discontinued) will give you an indea of what a better ingredient list would look like.

Sam's carries a near identical cheaper product called Juice Festiv that is very similar to Juice+.
IMHO, Juice+ is first and foremost about the multi-level marketing aspect and second about the nutritional benefits.
I take "Perfect Food" tablets, which I like a lot. If you read the reviews on Amazon there are a lot of marathon runners and extreme athletes who say they notice a reduction in their recovery time when taking it that they didn't notice with any supplement of that type.

The "dirt flora" company*. They make really expensive stuff which some people swear makes a difference. At least the ingredients are 1000% better than juice plus. How much of the stuff do you take per day?
Greens + is another product which is supposed to be good and does have scientific studies.
*they are known for adding soil flora to their flora products under the theory that humans ate dirt as part of their normal diet.

I just take the recommended dose of 5 tablets a day. It costs about $21 per month, which isn't crazy IMHO.
People talk about the Perfect Food powder like it's ass-flavored Soylent Green, so I've steered clear of that.

The O.J. endorsement is priceless.
