Today, I read an article in WSJ that state pension funds are in trouble---no surprise there. But, their solutions have me baffled.
It appears that the solutions are to put more into bonds and less into stocks. Also, to increase the age at which one could retire. Hohummm...
I'm just curious why these so-called experts have never looked into something like the PP. Am I missing something?
