How do you get to be an "Executive Member"

The reason I ask is because I just observed this exalted title next to my name.
I am quite flattered and intend to put this on my resume': "Achieved Executive Membership status in the Permanent Portfolio Discussion Forum in less than a year and a half".

It's just by post count.
Congratulations on your promotion. We also will now double your pay.

We decided to promote you last night during our executive session. You should be receiving the documentation outlining the benefits and responsibilities of your new position by email. Note that page 43 must be signed
and notarized.

I definitely missed that memo. But then again I also just noticed I had five stars (which is to say I was rarely assigned duties as lookout in the Navy).
