That article was very poorly researched.

The writer referred to Harry Browne as a 1960s advertising executive.  I have no idea where he got that.

The writer said gold was in the midst of a three decade bull market, when the bull market is actually 12 years old.

The writer made no attempt to distinguish between the PRPFX allocation and the HBPP allocation.

The writer focused on Cuggino's fees without explaining why fees are relevant if a manager has performed well.  The writer also talked about Cuggino's other two funds, which have nothing to do with PRPFX or the HBPP.

I saw lots of other small errors.  Just another half-baked attempt at translating the PP for amateur investors, along with the normal warning about how the PP may stop working soon with no logical explanation for why this might be the case.
