PERM/Global X

PERM is as close as you can get to a classic HBrowne portfolio. I'v looked at it again and for a mgmt fee of 0.44% everything is handled for you with ETF's. The stock allocation includes some international.

Assets 5 mil per Mkt Watch. What I do not know is enough about Global-X with a reputation for opening and closing funds. A fishing ETF  closed as well as 7 others recently.

PRPFX is up 8% YTD, not bad, not bad.

Wait for it to get critical mass is my advice.  See if the volume's there.  Global X likes to flirt with the margins and can be a fickle husband.

I am going to watch this fund and track it to see how the manager's investment philosophy progresses
It is hilarious to see that the author wants to see "progression" of investment philiosophy when the entire point of the fund is to have fixed allocations that investors can rely on not being at the mercy of "how the manager's investment philosophy progresses".
