In a way, doesn't the chart prove the law of averages? Since the top fifth performs the worst during 1947-79 (32 years), then it is natural for the top fifth to perform the best during 1980-Now (31 years if Now is 2011) and vice versa for the other groups?

Shouldn't we be giving credit to the sources that we post on here to avoid copyright infringement laws as well as to allow us to consider whether the creator of the data might be biased?
