data: historical gold spot price from usagold.com

fyi: this site http://www.usagold.com/reference/prices/history.html has the historical gold spot price daily data, the "London afternoon gold price fixes"
It has daily data, 1973 to current.
Unfortunately, it doesn't offer the data as one easily downloadable csv file, so I collated it here
