Btw, I recently bought an Indian Head Eagle (no, not from those guys who advertise on TV and try to tell you they’re scarce).

Very pretty

Costco also occasionally has amazing deals on fractional gold.

Thanks! Extremely informative.

Regarding this:

How to Sell Costco Gold Bars
Many customers report having trouble selling their Costco gold bars. The good news is that investors have several options for selling Costco’s newest product line. Selling gold bars has never been easier. Hero Bullion buys gold bars, and we make competitive offers on all products that our customers show us. Read more about how to sell gold bars at the end of this article.

The difficulty selling was mentioned early on and I kept looking to find more information on it. The rest of the paragraph above really does not seem to support or offer any more details to the first sentence in the paragraph?

Agree

There is no difficulty in selling “Costco gold” vs Gold. They are the same thing. Low premium gold from reliable source. That’s pretty much the headline.

It would be interesting to see the business behind this. What distributors are they working with, etc, etc. I bet they are barely making any profit on a transaction. But the amount of press and member loyalty they get is worth two times the potential profit.

"is worth two times the potential profit"

ONLY two times?

The only difficulty in selling gold purchased from Costco is overcoming the small hurdle of locating a local coin shop or online precious metals dealer. Basically, if you can figure out how to use an internet search engine, there is no difficulty. Costco only sells stuff - they don't buy from their members/customers.
