Gyroscopic Investing

I seem to recall an adviser or two on this forum that can help implement a PP. I could not find via search. This is for an entity where it legally needs the SEC's stamp of approval. Ideally would be a for-fee adviser. Would appreciate any leads or if anyone can recall - I seem to remember a firm out of Florida... thanks in advance!
