I really enjoyed this podcast mostly just for entertainment.
Jared's buy and hold portfolio recommendation is very close to golden butterfly.
20 percent in each

Reits
Bonds
Cash
Gold
He started out criticizing a random walk down wall street and market efficiency so I was surprised to hear he recommends this portfolio.
I would have like to have had Reits explained further including which reit fund but I am pessimistic on the splicing.
