Good info on buying gold from a boglehead type investor.

Mostly he recommends sticking to ETFs inside of retirement accounts which I have come to agree with but he also has reasonable advice to use APMEX if you want to buy physical.

Excellent. Apmex is my vendor of choice. They’re not “cheap” when you look at spreads, but I have called vendors with better spreads and then suddenly the price was more Apmex-like anyway.
Never had a bad transaction.
