Gyroscopic Investing

Last week I read The Creature From Jekyll Island: A Second Look At the Federal Reserve by G. Edward Griffin. Of course it's you guys who made me read it, so I'll return the favor by asking y'all to chime in. It's definitely an interesting read, but often times in "Conspiracy Theory" territory (yeah i like that movie). Pretty much anything and everything is blamed on wealthy bankers like the house of Morgan, Rockefeller but especially Rothschild, the Fabian Society, the World Bank and the UN.

Which parts do you think he's on to something, were do you think he goes a bit too far into Conspiracy-la-la-land?

I haven't read it but overall would you recommend it?  (With the proviso that it wanders into conspiracy theory territory)

More than wanders I think 

Took me about a week to read it, so I guess I can say I enjoyed reading it. So yes, recommended.

Quite a bit of history in it, about the previous central banks in the USA and such. And things like the sinking of the Lusitania. That was a trap to lure the USA into wwI. And about the Bolshevik revolution. That was sponsored by big money too of course. Etc. Etc.

Any suggestions for other books about the Fed?

I enjoyed Ron Paul's End the Fed, but it's a tiny bit biased
