Gyroscopic Investing

I see today that debt talks didn't go so well..it looks like the two sides are getting ready to entrench again. Maybe we should just shut down the federal govt and put all of congress out of a job. Hell, if they can't accomplish anything we might as well send them home. They can line up for unemployment checks with the rest of America. It looks like Belgium has been getting along just fine for almost a year without a central govt.
