Thanks for posting that, Hal! Rickards take on negative rates is certainly relevant for a PP investor. Specifically, he sees the yield on the 10-year note potentially going much lower from here. Of course in the same sentence he talks about 25% unemployment so I wonder when that interview actually took place.
