Watched it. But poorly done since it was video that was all speaking, really no video.

It is just another piece of proof that he is just going through the motions that he has not given up. Otherwise that was, by Trump's own standards, a fairly lame video.

In his heart, he knows there is no hope. Of course he will never admit that to the public nor can I convince anyone who does not believe the same as me.

I think they're giving him cover to do what he was already going to do. The lawsuits are trying to make it look like he has no choice but to throw out the ballots from the contested states, sending the vote to house. The lawsuit gets it out there that as president of the Senate Pence will be the one deciding which electoral votes are counted.

The establishment appears nervous to me with the slew of articles coming out like this:

They are imploring Pence to count the votes for Biden and reject the votes for Trump, harkening back to George Washington.

Having said all this, many people think Pence is part of the deep state and will break for Biden. We'll see. This lawsuit may give him some cover to exclude the contested states where dual electors have been sent and send the voting to the house. There are also many reps that will officially contest the vote should it be 270+ for Biden and at least one senator so debate in Congress appears to be a foregone conclusion.

if it goes to the house Republicans have the lead, 30 states to 20. Presumably, even if a few Republican states go for Biden it won't be more than four, if any.

Trump has a rally planned in DC for the 6th. I'm guessing it will draw 50k-100k. Wonder why he'd go to the trouble unless he knew Pence was going to make this move and he wants the optics of thousands of supporters?

There were accusations that Twitter was censoring conservative news outlets because it blocked the New York Post story about Hunter Biden and locked down the New York Post's Twitter account. However, what all the conservatives were overlooking is that the New York Post was never a Trumper conservative newspaper. It had many times in the past treated Trump similarly to this on its front pages.

That just illustrates that what Twitter tends to censor isn't conservatism in general (since the GOP is mostly establishment swamp), but specifically news that might significantly benefit Trump.
