GWB always made me think of Alfred E. Newman. Not so much Obama but I can see the resemblance now that you mention it. I thought Pete Buttigieg was the Alfred E. Newman candidate this time.
Probably only Vinny and a few others will recognize this character but this is who Biden reminds me of .....

Yes, there is a striking physical resemblance with Mayor Pete. When I said he makes me think of Biden I was thinking of the puppet strings.
BTW, I got a Howdy Doody puppet just like the one in that picture for Christmas one year. I ended up tearing it apart so I could have a Howdy Doody mask which really pissed my mother off.
