A Swiss solution for the Permanent Portfolio

WHVP (https://www.whvp.ch/) has a version of the Permanent Portfolio in which the assets are kept in Switzerland. It is actively managed, so it isn't really a 4x25 PP, but it is probably the closest you can get for an offshore portfolio with moderate portfolio sizes ($250k minimum).
Fees: 1% management fee, 0.35% bank fees.
They take IRA accounts as well as personal accounts.
For larger portfolios ($500k and up) they can do a custom solution with different parameters, e.g., more gold and less in stocks.
I have been a customer of theirs in the past, and one of the founders was an officer at Foreign Commerce Bank, a former bank recommendation by Harry Browne. FCB is no longer around, which is a shame because they had good service.
Note: I get no compensation from WHVP.
