I remember reading about this when Obama started it but apparently it didn't get too far before Trump came along.

I get the impression from Biden that he intends to do all the things Obama promised to do but didn't because that's what "the squad base" now demands.

If fully implemented it sounds like school busing 2.0 only worse. White people actually rioted over that one in Boston so maybe this will get them fired up again. At least we know it's okay to burn down buildings now (just kidding).
