So let me get this straight. Two graffiti incidents were involved. The first graffiti incident (painting of the BLM letters) was perfectly legal. The second graffiti incident, covering up the letters, was illegal and resulted in an arrest. Because the law is fluid and is simply a convenient and highly selective weapon. Got it.
I also love that it was a black woman doing this. Aces.
