Complete waste to send it to people like me since not a penny of it will get spend.
Second item. I've not yet filed anything regarding my 2019 taxes so what will this be based upon? My 2018 tax return?
However, it's been a good thing every since I went on Medicare that I've been carefully managing my self-employment income to avoid Medicare premium surcharges.
