Thanks for honoring my request to get at least one a day of your "royal" cat!

This doesn't apply to my cat who is very loving and needy, but it's great all the same.

The caption to the two photos (referring to the bottom one) was: "After the catnip kicks in!"

I'm not seeing anything. First time I've seen a post in this forum with absolutely nothing in it.

Try quoting the post again (or yours above, because funnily enough, your own post contains the photo you canβt see), but stay in Compose/Edit mode.
See the link between the quote tags? Thatβs the address of the photo that for some reason is not loading on your screen.
See you in the Computer Stuff thread?

I had seen this earlier a few days ago. And, now again. But not when I went back to it tonight or after I quoted it.

Re. the picture of the masked family: The caption is EXTREMELY racist - how dare they call it the "Spanish" flu? We should exhume the graves and rocket remaining remains residue rapidly into space in a Tesla Model X.

That's the second photo of a masked cat that's been posted. Looks hilarious...but it HAS to be photoshopped! What cat wouldn't have that thing off in about a nanosecond?
Smith, this is the puurrrfect opportunity to train your cat! Clicker training, or just try this to get them used to claw clipping. You start by just touching a paw and giving a treat, then introduce the clippers, then clippers plus extending a claw, then snip a claw. One of my cats is really good about claw clipping now. I just show him the scissors and he lies down (he gets a treat for that). Then he charges a fee of one treat per claw. The other cat lets me clip two paws at a time for the low, low price of one treat per session.
I taught my cats to sit on command and come when their names are called, back when they were kittens and I was desperate for anything to distract them from destroying $90 Apple power cords. I still have the clicker. Would be fun to see if they would do that again!

I think so too, even though the Chinese one is real. (There's a rare sentence). It was for pollution.

Actually, I'm the one that posted about clipping resistance, but I was reminded by Smith's photo, as the claws are fully out. As far as I can tell, Smith's cat Lily *has* been clipped. Those claws don't look sharp.
Ok, I'll work on mine this weekend. I have heard that it helps to hold them in a towel, and I'll incorporate your idea of a treat. Got some Temptations handy.

Lily indeed does get regular claw trimmings. And she uses them!
When you're petting her and walk away too soon, she chases you and swipes at your ankles.
