I think that the theme you are pursuing of the psychological dimensions of the PP is very interesting and can be of great value to someone looking at the PP from the outside. 

This line of thinking is, to me, one of the most interesting parts of the PP--i.e., the ways in which it protects us from our own emotional and psychological weaknesses.
