which is in part 4. I really like what he is proposing: it saves costs by eliminating the middle men, frees doctors from having to deal with insurance companies, gives people more choice and covers everyone. What is not to like here? Is this too sane for public consumption? Mosler seems to be one of those rare types that talks about what is workable rather than scaring people with ideas of deprivation and failure.
