Perhaps that was true at one point. But look:
https://www.cnn.com/2024/01/25/us/gen-z ... index.html
28% of Gen Z adults consider themselves "lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or queer". They're not wishing they had normal inclinations; they're seeking this out. This has now been marketed such that it's cool, and you're not hip or with it or sufficiently a victim unless you join this group.

First some picky things:

1) "Nearly a third, or 28%, " Far from nearly a third. Much more accurate to say "about a quarter".

2) How do these two separate statements add up?

"When asked about their political ideology, the report found 43% of Gen Z adults identified as liberal – a larger share than all other generational groups."

"But in the case of Gen Z adults, the report found 21% identified their party affiliation as Republican, 30% as Independent, 36% as Democrat and 13% identified as other. "

Trying to add the amounts in the second statement to get to 43%.

I've been playing at the same gym for basketball since 1979. I live in a super liberal area. I've played with innumerable different people during all that time. This past year of our two halves of basketball we had about 60 different players for the first half and about 45 different players in the second half. In this area you are not going to be attacked for demonstrating that you belong to "lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or queer". To my knowledge we have yet to have anyone who identifies as that playing with us. And, for the last several years we've had a quite young group playing with us. The majority of them being 25 or younger.

What is each of your individual experiences of how Gen Z adults appear to you? Does 28% match your experience?

Finally, do you believe that ALL of those who identify a certain way today are going to continue to identify that way for the rest of their lives? How many college liberals end up later being conservatives?

I agree, except that I don’t believe people are born gay.

Anyway, I came here to post this:

It goes through all of US history through the lens of the bankers’ struggle to own the world. Apparently Jackson’s, Lincoln’s, and Garfield’s presidencies were largely about this issue.

It is definitely not among my talents to ever determine by watching how any magician does anything

But do you have any inkling how she did all of that? It truly was like magic.

Ok, Vinny an inkling. I don’t know why I google stuff for you — maybe it’s a compulsion. But just watch enough to get an inkling and you’ll be richer for it. To watch the thing would be ghastly. Clothes magician.

I Bing plenty of things. However, some things do not raise to sufficient interest level to do so. Have no idea what the terrible musical video has to do with this.

😂 Thank you for not letting me down. Vinny shall always remain Vinny! 😂
(Sigh) it just doesn’t have the same punch now that autoplay has been deprecated.

I am incapable of listening to terrible music so if there was some message in the song ... I could not listen to it for even a minute.

It definitely worked better when the video just played, rather than seeing an ad first.
