MT, Thanks for the information about the book ad at the top of the page. I'll be sure and click on it when I do my Amazon shopping. And thanks for all of your work and Craig's work on this forum. I will also take this opportunity to thank all of the great people who come here regularly and create such great discussions and an overall friendly environment. I never would have believed that it would be possible to have a forum where so many very controversial topics are discussed with almost no moderation, but so far that's what we've been able to do.
