Re: Drinking is healthy
Jeez, just visit a northeast U.S. town on St Patrick's Day. Lots of green shirts getting simian shit-faced.

i found some.. my first drink of commercial alcoholic ginger beer..l82start wrote: you have just inspired me to get back on the hunt to find some in my area..
i found a location map for establishments that carry it, so far the nearest place is hundreds of miles away, but i may be able to make an online purchase for in-store pickup at a local beer wine store...

it is interesting in comparison to my home brew, much much sweeter and far less ginger kick, the Crabbies is more like a ginger ale (soda ) with alcohol. the home brew is dry with a strong ginger burn and a much higher alcohol content, the color of home brew has a more lemonade color, the Crabbies is a darker cider shade, the Crabbies also has more carbonation (which i really liked and need to reproduce in my brew)
over all i would say it is GOOD STUFF

I came across this Youtube video and thought I'd post it here:"Why Do I Drink So Much?"(3 minutes)
