Why do you think this MG?

The way I see it, if everyone is covered, including people with pre-existing conditions then it is no longer insurance....it's welfare. Therefore I made a slight adjustment to your sentence.  :D
Insurance is a risk transfer mechanism.  Nothing less.  Nothing more.  A little bit of pain from the many, to help the few that require it.  Whether that is voluntary (doesn't work at all when bad actors can opt out) or by coercion.  Welfare or insurance, it's all the same thing in the end.  You need to read the book Against the Gods: The Remarkable Story of Risk to fully appreciate what I mean.  You're too obsessed with the morality position and not the positive outcome.

How is it a good thing that the government forces banks to loan it money? Isn't that inflationary? Isn't that banks creating money out of thin air to loan to the government for it's welfare/warfare schemes? If they aren't creating then they're taking depositors money and loaning it to the government rather than finding productive investments since the government can only make good on the loan by printing or taxing (both theft) of the same depositors!
My real point is he's not a credible source.  I honestly don't know if his claims or true or not, because I don't care that much to get all worked up over what may be faux news.  "It must be true because a right wing, gold miner said it on the Internet!"  Unless you can spend the time evaluating every piece of news for fauxness or not each and every single time, you should focus on more productive endeavors in life.  Especially those things you have control over.

Technical diversion...

Hmm.  Your link didn't work for me.  I see banner stuff at the top, but nothing else:

If I click the "Unhighlight" button, a .pdf file opens.

But it isn't your link.  If I just go to  www.ixquick.com, search for circle of concern and circle of influence, and click the "highlight" link next to the desired result, I see what I posted above.

I'm using Firefox 28.0.
So much for ixquick private browsing ... I tried this from a regular google search, not the same webpage but message is similar:

If we keep electing Democrats, I have no doubt that they will make a play for retirement accounts at some point.  They have an insatiable appetite for taking money from those that have it, to give it to those that don't.

This is basically one of the lines in the sand that would send me into a full fledged revolutionary mode.  Freedom of speech, right to bear arms, private property.'

A Democrat is like a junkie and you are his next fix.
