Equity markets have been declining but All Weather is up. Must be the bonds and gold.

TLT is up, but not by a whole lot. Gold seems to be down. How is All Weather up?

It might have something to do with the leverage. Not sure. Bridgewater shares how All Weather works in the abstract, but it's still kind of a black box.

Even All Weather is getting hammered today. Though not as much as the equity markets of course.

My wife always complains about one holding I bought for her: BIV (Vanguard intermediate bonds).
It’s up! O0 And almost all our other holdings are down.

I wonder which components of the portfolio are responsible for the decline and in what proportion.

yeah , because it certainly didn’t perform the last two days as expected .

swan also did terrible which is weird becuse it’s bonds mostly.

from what i see these so called SAFER portfolios just don’t seem to be much safer when you buy it .

the carolina reaper , the risk parity portfolio also did poorly
