Well there's y'a'll, which is appropriate when addressing two or three, but when addressing a group, I believe the proper term is "all y'all."

Ha. I don't know if I would ever call that "proper" (nor improper), but of course that is very common. Or, if you're just being funny, just skip everything I wrote after "Ha."
