Click on Customer Center, then Manage Subscriptions, then click on your displayed subscription. At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see a cancellation option. Unless...do you live in California, Maine, or Vermont? Then you have an online option. Everyone else has to call. Annoying!
EDIT: Yes, I do live in CA. I guess that explains why I have the cancellation option but you don’t.
