Right now, that's where we are. Everything is walking distance. When we're older, though, we might want greener surroundings.

Why wouldn't you move somewhere where you didn't need a car?
Pretty sure I know the answer. Assuming some reset/crash/depression in the future, farther away from big cities that you are is probably the safer you'll be.
