Re: Perth Mint Unallocated Gold
If you're not paying for storage, there's something wrong.
Re: Perth Mint Unallocated Gold
Unallocated is a 0% storage fee vs. 1% for allocated. What would I look for to determine the safety of the unallocated, would it be the assets and liabilities of the Perth Mint? Not sure if it's publicly available.
Edit: Just found out that the Perth Mint is owned by the government of Western Australia (didn't know about a Western vs. Eastern), so presumably they could be trusted to honor their liabilities?
Any thoughts on political considerations in Australia?
