I like the guitar but i wish this kind of music could be instrumental. In heavy metal, for example (i’m not saying Incubus is; idk what they are), I have yet to find a vocalist I like. Lemmy’s ok. And the growling dog. (Caninus?)

How about this vocalist, dualstow?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PfAWReBmxEs

It's Ian Gillian who's in my top ten all time male rock vocalists. "Ian Gillan was becoming a superstar with Deep Purple when he played one in Jesus Christ Superstar, starring on the cast album released on 12 October 1970."

This song also has one of the greatest rock guitarists ever - Richie Blackmore - plus the great keyboardist Jon Lord.

Vinny
Above provided by: Vinny, who always says: "I only regret that I have but one lap to give to my cats." AND "I'm a more-is-more person."

Oh my gosh, what have the liberals done to Mt Rushmore? O0
I was never a Deep Purple fan but I’m generally fine with rock vocalists. Anything softer than heavy metal.
Heavy metal is ruined by the singing in my opinion. James Hetfield is ok.

Well, what kind of singing do you like? You could probably find someone putting that kind of vocal over heavy instrumentals.

I dont think it would match. O0 I like everything from a scratchy Peter Gabriel voice to Elton John to Robert Plant, Kate Bush, the Pretenders.
But if I had my druthers, heavy metal would be purely instrumental. Jazz, too.

Unleash The Archers?

I recently caught an episode of Chris Hansen's "To Catch a Predator"/"Hansen vs. Predator" series and have started semi binge watching. This show is great. Watching these guys get what they deserve is endlessly entertaining.

This fellow, Jeff Sokol, is a real piece of work. Arrogantly and confidently munches on pizza while being confronted for committing a felony against a minor.

https://youtu.be/zJIlftta6fk

Funnily enough, the name of the pizza place is clearly mentioned and seen on the pizza box in the episode. The pizza joint in question has been receiving some rather hilarious reviews as a result. Reading the reviews after watching the episode has had me busting my gut laughing.

Apparently there has been an uptick in traffic to the restaurant and many people are asking for the "Sokol Special" lmao. It must be weird knowing that your restaurant's business has been seeing a boost thanks to an online predator.

The 1970s BBC drama ‘Survivors’ was spot on. Early episodes are on youtube.

Somebody sent me a text link to a video of the blast right after it happened and I happened to actually be on so I saw it even before the special bulletins went out. My honest first reaction was that it was a tactical nuke.

I heard on the news the Lebanon explosion was caused by 2700 tons of ammonium nitrate. If true, that is more than in the Texas City 1947 explosion which was caused by 2300 tons. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_City_disaster

.

Yeah, a lot of people commented that they thought it looked like a nuclear blast. Ammonium nitrate.

Ad, do you have some kind of experience with tactical nukes or do you just mean that you thought it was a huge [edit] yuuge explosion?

How did they know that specific composition and amount? Did Hezballah give them an inventory :D

The stuff was found on an abandoned vessel. The government was supposed to dispose of it safely...six years ago. Instead they stored it right in the city and said, we’ll get around to it.
