During volatile periods how do we calculate the intraday value of stock fund rebalancing?
I own the Fidelity FSKAX fund and if I rebalanced today I'd be pricing it 8% higher than the market price because it only calculates at the EOD. How does that even work with purchases, and would I buy buying at the EOD price if I put the order in intraday?
Thanks for any guidance.

Mutual funds transact at today's EOD price, after markets close.
You can look at similar etfs to get an idea of "current" nav but really there isn't one until the end of the day.
If you put in a buy order today before close, you will buy it at the nav that is calculated at the end of today.
